    1. General Terms

    1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in both online and offline courses conducted by SVARP Foundation for students and professionals.
    1.2 By enrolling, participants agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines outlined here.
    1.3 SVARP Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

    1. Enrollment & Fees

    2.1 Course registration is confirmed upon successful fee payment.
    2.2 Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is canceled by SVARP Foundation.
    2.3 Any discounts or scholarships must be approved before payment and are not retroactive.
    2.4 Participants must provide accurate personal and professional details during enrollment.

    1. Course Delivery & Access

    Online Courses:

    3.1 Participants will receive access to the online learning portal via email after registration.
    3.2 Course materials, videos, and resources are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
    3.3 Access to the course is limited to the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

    Offline Courses:

    3.4 Offline sessions will be conducted at the venue specified in the course details.
    3.5 Participants must arrive on time, follow safety guidelines, and maintain professional conduct.
    3.6 SVARP Foundation is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

    1. Certification & Completion

    4.1 Participants must meet attendance, assignment, and assessment requirements to receive certification.
    4.2 Certification details (digital or physical) will be provided as per the course guidelines.
    4.3 SVARP Foundation reserves the right to withhold certification for non-compliance with course requirements.

    1. Placement Assistance (For Diploma Courses Only)

    5.1 Placement assistance is provided only to participants who have successfully completed Diploma Courses from SVARP Foundation.
    5.2 Assistance includes resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals to relevant industry partners.
    5.3 Placement is not guaranteed; it depends on the participant’s skills, industry demand, and employer selection criteria.
    5.4 Participants must actively engage in the placement support process to maximize opportunities.

     

    1. Code of Conduct

    5.1 Participants must maintain professional behavior during online and offline sessions.
    5.2 Any form of plagiarism, misconduct, or violation of ethical standards may result in suspension without a refund.
    5.3 Recording, sharing, or misuse of course content is strictly prohibited.

    1. Refunds & Cancellations

    6.1 No refunds will be issued after course enrollment, except for cancellations made by SVARP Foundation.
    6.2 In case of cancellation, SVARP Foundation may offer a rescheduled session or credit transfer for future courses.
    6.3 Requests for rescheduling participation must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

    1. Intellectual Property Rights

    7.1 All course content, materials, and resources remain the intellectual property of SVARP Foundation.
    7.2 Participants may use course materials only for personal learning and must not reproduce, sell, or distribute them.

    1. Liability & Disclaimer

    8.1 SVARP Foundation is not liable for technical issues, internet failures, or participant’s inability to access online courses.
    8.2 For offline courses, participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the training sessions.
    8.3 The foundation provides educational guidance only and does not guarantee job placement upon course completion.

    1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India.
    9.2 Any disputes must first be resolved through mediation with SVARP Foundation before pursuing legal action.
